IMPLEMENTED NOW / APPROVED BEFORE LAUNCH
Make the information
easy to understand.
Search readiness starts with useful content, accurate facts, and accessible pages. Structured data supplies context; it is not a special pass into AI answers. Google documents no special AI schema requirement. This concept deliberately stays out of indexing.

| Area | In this concept | On an authorized production site |
|---|---|---|
| Useful HTML content | IMPLEMENTED Service copy, FAQs, and initial homepage service cards readable without JavaScript; native internal links. | Review all claims with the owner and expand pages only where there is distinct, useful information. |
| Page identity | IMPLEMENTED Unique page titles and descriptions, English language declarations, semantic headings, and responsive layouts. | Generate self-referencing canonicals and Open Graph URLs from the approved business domain. |
| Structured data | DEMO-SAFE WebPage metadata identifies the concept. No active business listing or invented reviews. | The included preparation script generates HVACBusiness, Service, and BreadcrumbList JSON-LD tied to approved URLs and visible facts. |
| Indexing controls | IMPLEMENTED Every demo HTML page has noindex. A deployment header rule adds X-Robots-Tag on hosts that support it. Search crawling is permitted so noindex can be read; training bots are separately disallowed. | Owner-approved release only: remove noindex, set verified canonicals, publish a production sitemap, and confirm robots/HTTP access. |
| AI search access | DOCUMENTED No attempt to make this unofficial preview appear in AI results. | Allow desired search crawlers such as OAI-SearchBot, check firewall rules, and choose training permissions independently. Bot access does not guarantee citation. |
| Local business trust | ATTRIBUTED Published location, region, phone, and service categories linked to their official source. | Owner verifies credentials, coverage, hours, photo rights, and consistent business details across authorized listings. |
| Measurement | NOT CONNECTED No analytics, customer-data collection, or live inquiry delivery. | Connect owner-controlled Search Console/Bing and agreed analytics. Measure qualified requests, search visits, and available AI citations. |
PRODUCTION HANDOFF
A deliberate launch,
on the real domain.
- Approve service claims, business identity, address, contact details, coverage, and rights to all images.
- Set the owned HTTPS domain and run the production preparation script into a separate directory. The demo source stays noindex.
- Review the generated sitemap, canonicals, visible content, and business/service structured data. Remove the sales proposal from the business release.
- Connect and test the real form, agree privacy terms, validate phone actions, and set redirects for replaced official URLs.
- Check actual HTTP responses and headers, mobile behavior, crawler access, and search ownership verification before requesting indexing.
- Measure a baseline and review qualified inquiries after launch. A citation or impression is not itself a customer.
No “AI visibility guarantee”
This proposal does not promise rankings, citation frequency, traffic, or additional customers. No llms.txt file is presented as a search-engine requirement. FAQ content helps readers; no FAQ rich-result eligibility is promised.
